RedTeam Software is seeking a Sr. Manager of Inside Sales

This individual, under the guidance of Sales leadership, is responsible for leading and managing the SMB Sales & Sales Development, both of which are pivotal to RedTeam’s growth.  The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in sales management, as well as experience a top performing AE and/or SDR.

This position will report to the Vice President of Sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the SMB sales team, including inside Account Executives & Sales Development Representatives. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed the company's revenue targets for the SMB markets
  • Create playbooks for scalable and repeatable growth, to ensure best practices are being met at all times
  • Regularly review and optimize the inside sales team's processes and operations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience
  • Leverage data and metrics to track progress, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure the inside sales team is fully trained and equipped to sell RedTeam’s products and services effectively
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, from creation to closing, including lead generation, lead qualification, and lead nurturing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns, and track their effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics, and use data to inform decision-making and improve sales processes and outcomes
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, forecast, and pipeline management
  • Retaining the best talent and reinforce the team with hiring a-players. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, who are always going above and beyond

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Previous experience as an SDR & AE required
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Results driven and competitive 
  • Self motivated and disciplined
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
