RedTeam Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative. This individual, under the
guidance of Sales leadership, is responsible for driving new opportunity volume into our sales
ecosystem. They will reach out to both cold and warm leads via various communication
channels to ensure lead volume is optimized. They will be hungry, driven, and meticulous in
driving growth for the business and be critical in our daily, weekly, and monthly success.
This position will report to the Sales Manager.

What You’ll Do:
● Contact, prospect, and qualify potential customers and partners through inbound and
outbound sales efforts and campaigns
● Build sales pipeline using outbound email, social selling, and cold calling methodologies,
as well as inbound inquiries and other MQLs
● Prospect into primary named account, working closely with marketing to develop, test
and execute campaigns to drive demand and improve the lead qualification process.
● Help build playbook for future Sales Development Success
● Collaborate across our internal business and technology teams to drive the desired
business outcomes for our clients and prospects
● Manage workloads via chat, email and systems, while adhering to and improving
established processes
● Ensure all data is properly maintained and updated in CRM
● Move solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to an Account Executive, and
arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls
● Collaborate with account executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met

involved in making things happen
● Proven track record of quick learning, and exceeding goals
● Entrepreneurial mindset that works well in a fast-paced environment
● Organizational ability is important to keep track of all tasks because the job requires a
great deal of multitasking.
● Independent thinker, with the ability to find tools and resources individually to be
successful
What Success Looks Like:
● We are ambitious in the targets that we set for ourselves, and go above and beyond as a
team in order to hit them
● We are comfortable making 60+ outbound calls per day, to both warm and cold leads
● We are leading in outbound prospecting and enabling strategic methods to develop
leads
● We are consistently hitting goals, and sharing best practices amongst our peers in our all
hands on deck ecosystem
● We partner with Account Executives to have the best handoffs for the client as possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
● Previous experience as an SDR preferred
● 1+ year of experience with CRMs and prospecting platforms preferred
● Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
● Results driven and competitive
● Self motivated and disciplined
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a remote position.
